'The Black Gold' is the title of the special extra episode of the web series 'Mists'

Wildcat riggers risk their lives in the pursuit of oil. Their jobs get even more dangerous when ruthless oil baron J.C. Anderson sets his sights on their territory. When longtime driller Dan O'Reilly falls to his death from a well tower sabotaged by Anderson's strong-arm thugs, his teenage son 'Fishtail' inherits the property and the troubles that come with it. With the help of his geologist pal, Hank Langford, the boy fights to bring in a gusher before the deed to the well-site expires.

At the end of the failed robbery, all are isolated, injured or prisoners. The cops are on their trail and already, in the neighborhood, young people are trying to take the place they left. Outside, the world of organized crime seems far too wild for them. Will they be able to come together again and free Inès from the clutches of the dangerous Colonel Sekhou? Filmed entirely in the area of Tatums, Oklahoma, an all-black town: Oil has been discovered on the range-land nears Tatus, and all ranching had been abandoned to the drilling of wildcat oil-wells. Mart Ashton, owner of the Circle Bar Ranch, has also caught Black Gold Fever to the extent of using all his cash and selling his large herd of cattle to finance the cost of a drilling-rig and crew. On an adjoining tract, the Ohio Company brings in a well and Ashton is put in the position of drilling an off-set well within thirty days or lose all rights to drill on his own land. However, he has ran out of money and his driller, Pete Barkley, is scheming with Walter Wonder, cashier of the Ranchman's National Bank, to delay the drilling. He borrows the needed money from the bank, but Wonder accuses him of stealing it, and the U. S. Marshal jails him. His ranch foreman, Ace Brand, knows he is innocent but is unable to prove it.

Norwegian engineers are searching for oil and Egon Olsen convinces his friends to buy stocks in the oil market. In the process, Egon, stumbles upon a scheme to fool the Norwegian Government that there is indeed no traces of oil in the North Sea. The Olsen Gang tries to tell the ministry the truth about the oil but they are caught by Sheik El-Altan who, in order to make sure the boys keep their mouths shut, kidnaps Valborg and brings her to Egypt.
